These days the definition of a street car is being pushed to the limits. It is not uncommon to be reaching speeds on the drag strip where a parachute is required to slow you down safely after a run.
This kit allows you to adapt a parachute to your street car, it can then be removed whilst your car is being used on the street.
Kit includes:
- Bag mounting plate
- 1 x 1-1/4" swept upright tube 490mm long
- 1 x 1-3/4" x .102 CDS tube 330mm long (receiver mounts to chassis)
- 1 x 1-1/2" x .095 CDS tube 300mm long (plugs into receiver)
- 4mm steel chute cord mount for extra sheer strength
- Billet aluminum self aligning cord spool
- 3 x 1/2 UNF high tensile bolts for cord mount and receiver
- 4 x 1/4 UNC stainless bolts for mounting chute bag
