RETURNS / REFUNDS

A return request must be emailed to info@sundayspeed.com.au within 10 business days of receiving item. All requests must be approved by Sunday Speed, prior to the item being return posted. Once return of item has been approved, item must be return shipped with tracking at the buyers expense within 5 business days and tracking details must be supplied.
Should the item not be in original or re-saleable condition or damaged by inadequate packaging by the buyer, a refund/replacement will not be offered.
Please note there is a 15% restocking fee incurred on all items returned.
Once returned item has been received, inspected and approved by Sunday Speed, a refund will be made back to buyers original payment method less restocking fee.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on sale items or any items that have surpassed 30 days since date of order.

EXCHANGES / CHANGES TO ORDERS

Should an exchange need to be made, please contact info@sundayspeed.com.au to begin the return process and make a separate purchase/payment for the new item.
If any changes need to be made to a new order please notify Sunday Speed as soon as possible. If the order is yet to be shipped we will endeavour to amend before shipping.
Should an order be cancelled prior to shipment, an administration processing fee may be applicable.
